Instructor
Sakura
Sakura is a health and wellness professional with an interdisciplinary background in cultural anthropology, neuroscience, and integrative health. She studied at Kyoto University before earning a master’s degree in Integrative Health Studies and a professional qualification in health coaching from the California Institute of Integral Studies (CIIS) in San Francisco. Her work includes health coaching, speaking, translation, writing, and consulting on product development, as well as exploring emerging practices in health, wellness, and biohacking across Japan and internationally.
