We are looking for partners who share the theme of "Spirituality in Nature" and who can help us liven up this special week through their own unique ideas and activities.

Participation conditions and process
Check the participation terms and conditions: First, please be sure to check the participation terms and conditions . The main conditions include conformity with the theme, logo display, and safety management.
Application for participation: If you agree to the terms and conditions, please fill in the required information (event summary, date and time, location, safety measures, etc.) on the [Link to application form (to be set up later)] and apply by the deadline.
Judging: The organizer (Zen2.0 Secretariat) will judge the entries based on the theme consistency, feasibility, safety, etc.
Notification of results and payment of participation fee: We will notify you of the results of the screening. If your application is approved, please pay the participation fee (corporations/organizations: 8,000 yen, individuals: 3,000 yen).
Information posting and public relations begins: After payment of the participation fee is confirmed, information about the event will be posted on the official website, etc., and a public relations toolkit will be provided.
